Information collected with consent
Connect One collects personal information with the full consent of the party providing it — both the contacts who write to ZC Mayoristas' WhatsApp Business number and the staff who use the platform to assist them. This includes data such as: names, phone numbers, email addresses, company, city, the content of messages and files exchanged over WhatsApp (images, documents, audio, video, location), and any other information necessary or required to carry out the commercial service — quotes, orders, billing, or delivery — managed through this platform.
Proper use of data
Through its quality policy, ZC Mayoristas guarantees the proper use of the data its contacts and staff enter into Connect One, with the goal of providing efficient customer service, backed by information security and continuous improvement in innovation and development. The platform may be used to follow up on conversations, quotes, orders, billing, and delivery with the contact's consent, as well as to send promotional and marketing information via WhatsApp, in order to maintain a communication channel between the parties. If a contact wishes to stop receiving promotional material, they may request cancellation at any time by writing to the same WhatsApp number or to the channels listed in the Contact section.
Exclusive use of the platform by ZC Mayoristas staff
ZC Mayoristas reserves the right to use Connect One exclusively for its authorized internal team (agents, supervisors, and administrators), as well as the right to grant or restrict access to the platform if the company's internal policies are not met. Access is only authorized through a username and password provided by the company, or by signing in with a corporate Google or Microsoft account enabled by ZC Mayoristas.
Messaging through WhatsApp Business (Meta)
Connect One sends and receives messages through the Official WhatsApp Business Platform (Meta Cloud API). ZC Mayoristas' WhatsApp connection credentials are stored encrypted, and communications with the platform always travel over a secure connection (HTTPS/TLS). ZC Mayoristas does not sell or trade its contacts' personal data, messages, or files to third parties.

Connect One uses "cookies" — small data files transferred to your device whenever your browser allows it. These cookies are essential to the platform's operation: recognizing pages more easily, keeping your session signed in, and protecting forms against misuse, providing you with a better, more personalized experience within the site.
